A method for production of samples with cuts includes preparation of water sand-cement mortar, filling split forms with it, those are arranged as hollow rectangular parallelepipeds, with vibro-compaction of mortar in forms, with soaking those during 2-3 days till complete curing of solution and with form dismantling. The split forms are made of textolite plates, not less than four in number, covered with drying anti-adhesion composition. The forms are placed on textolite plate covered with lavsan tracing material, with matt side towards the textolite plate. The guide frame is arranged as a rectangular plate with dimensions equal to outer dimensions of horizontal cross section of the forms, with central through cut provided there. Rectangular rigid plates are made in number equal to the number of forms, with widths and thickness smaller compared to the length and width of the cut in the frame, respectively, and with height larger than the total height of the forms and the frame. The rigid plates are covered with drying anti-adhesive composition. After vibro-compaction of solution in the forms, the guide frame is mounted in sequence on each form, with placement of rigid plates to each form, through the cut in it, over whole height, those are taken out from the forms after initial stage of mortar curing. |
