摘要 A method for clarification of diffusion juice comprises progressive increasing of juice pH in sections of apparatus for preliminary lime treatment at the expense of introduction of alkali reagent and calcium carbonate sediment, juice heating, preliming carbonation, separation of non-sugars coagulate, main lime treatment, I carbonization, filtering, heating, II carbonization , filtering. The overcarbonation up to pH pH 7,2…8,5 and activation of calcium carbonate sediment with acids of diffusion juice are carried out, the preliming carbonation is carried out to pH11,3…11,5; ammonium dihydrogen phosphate in the amount of 0,10…0,25 % from the juice mass is introduced into decantate of preliming carbonated juice.
