A method of manufacturing a screw with an elastic helical surface includes a process of winding, calibration of a strip helix and its attachment to a shaft. First the helix is wound from the strip on an edge, its coils contact with each other, then it is mounted on a mandrel and compressed by sleeves and a screw connection. Thus on the surfaces of the sleeves one turn is made with a pitch equal to the thickness of helix. Thereafter drilling is performed along the periphery of helix coils, and then after the helix calibration for a preset pitch and its attachment to the shaft by means of fabricated holes fastening elastic pads is carried out, whose working surface extends above the peripheral edge of the strip helix. |
