FIELD: packaging.SUBSTANCE: system comprises a base extending from the container into the opening. The base has a receiving channel and an annular sealing flange extending radially inwards around the channel. The movable nozzle is installed in the receiving channel of the base, and has an outlet end made with the ability of its capture, which protrudes axially outwards from the receiving channel of the base. The nozzle has an outlet channel passing through it, as well as the peripheral sealing surface which engages hermetically with an annular sealing flange of the base. The nozzle also has a punching element on inner axially end. The cam guide is located either in the base or in the nozzle. The cam follower is located on the other component, or base or nozzle, and the cam follower engages the cam guide.
