PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of an organosol composition is provided to manufacture the organosol composition with improved adhesion force to a substrate. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of an organosol composition comprises a step of mixing an aqueous dispersion of a polymer which is soluble into an organic solvent, and an aqueous dispersion of fluorine-based resin particle which is insoluble into an organic solvent; a step of adding an organic solvent for precipitation, into the mixed aqueous dispersion to precipitate the fluorine-based resin particle and polymer; a step of separating the fluorine resin particle and polymer-containing precipitate from a liquid layer; a step of mixing the precipitate and organic solvent, and mixing the mixture to separate the precipitate; and a step of removing moisture from the organic dispersant.
