PURPOSE: A temperature adjustment apparatus is provided to perform temperature adjustment more precisely by including a sensor-temperature adjustment-apparatus. CONSTITUTION: A temperature adjustment apparatus includes more than one heating source, a heat sink, a temperature detector(7) and a sensor-temperature adjustment-apparatus(9). The temperature detector monitors temperature of the temperature adjustment apparatus. The sensor-temperature adjustment-apparatus adjusts temperature in addition to the temperature detector in several operation steps according to the selection. The sensor-temperature adjustment-apparatus includes an additional heater(12) and an additional cooling apparatus(50).
