PURPOSE: A MRT[Magnetic Resonance Tomography] system, a receiver for a MRT system, and a method for obtaining a MR[Magnetic Resonance] signal in the MRT system are provided to simplify a circuit outlay in order to obtain a MR signal. CONSTITUTION: A MRT system includes at least one receiver(12) about a MR-HF signal. The receiver includes a receiving coil element(28), an optical modulator(40), and an optical output unit(48). The receiving coil element receives a MR-HF signal. The optical modulator combines an electric control input unit(38) with the receiving coil element. The optical output unit outputs the output signal of the modulator. The optical modulator forms an optical demodulation facility about the MR-HF signal and combines the optical input unit(42) of the modulator with a laser light source(20). The laser light source produces laser light and periodically varies the intensity of the laser light into a predetermined frequency. |
