METHOD FOR ENDOSCOPIC HOMEOSTASIS IN ULCERATIVE GASTRODUODENAL BLEEDING

A method for the endoscopic homeostasis in ulcerative gastroduodenal bleeding comprises application of hemostatic onto the crater of the bleeding ulcer. Through fluoroplastic catheter inserted to the instrumental canal of endoscope, 2 mL of 5 % tranexamic acid is applied followed by Caprofer in a volume of 2-4 mL. The result is assessed visually by arrest of the bleeding.
