PURPOSE: An auto transmission is provided to deliver dynamic power of an input shaft to an output shaft continuously during gear shift, by enabling a spur gear in a low speed gear stage of a driving gear unit to be matched to an angular speed of a driven gear of a driven gear unit going in gear with a spur gear in a high speed gear stage of the driving gear unit by the driven gear unit. CONSTITUTION: A first gear unit(210) includes a plurality of first gears(40). The plurality of first gears is circumscribed by intervening a plurality of one-way clutches respectively. A second gear unit(220) includes a plurality of second gears(60). The plurality of second gears goes in gear with the plurality of first gears. A claw clutch(100) is clawed to the plurality of one-way clutches of the plurality of first gears selectively. The claw clutch includes a wedge part(30), a plurality of concave part(41) and a depressed member(50). The wedge part is able to move along an axial direction of the tubular shaft. The plurality of concave parts is separated in a constant gap along the peripheral direction of an inner circumference of an inner race of the plurality of one-way clutches. A part of the depressed part is inserted into the concave part.
