PURPOSE: A printed circuit board and a lighting device including the same are provided to broaden a luminous view angle while simplifying a manufacturing process and reducing a manufacturing cost. CONSTITUTION: A printed circuit board(100) includes a base part(151), multiple tilt surface(152), a cut part(153), and a bent part(154). The cut part is formed in one part of the base part. The tilt surface aims at different direction from the base part by the cut part. The cut part includes one or more penetrated holes which penetrate the base part. The bent part is formed in the lower surface of the base part in correspondence with an area which is connected with each other.
