An electric model of double-volute centrifugal pump comprises a single-volute centrifugal pump model with m parallel branches, wherein voltage source, resistive and reactive impedance and diode are series-connected. All voltage sources have the same amplitude and frequency and are phase-shifted relative to each other by 1/m of period portion. All resistive impedances are the same by value along with reactive impedances, and set of diodes forms an m-phase single-cycle rectifier, wherein m corresponds to number of centrifugal pump impellers being simulated. The electric model comprises two connected in parallel single-volute centrifugal pump models, voltage sources of corresponding branches are shifted relative to each other by 180°, 2m-phase single-phase rectifier and different by value resistances of output branches of model halves. |
