The claimed saturator of sugar solution is made in a form of cylindrical housing with dilated upper part and cone bottom, with sockets for supply of sugar solution into cylindrical housing above the level of overflow box and for removing of spent solution from the lower part of cone bottom through the overflow box, and with sockets for supply of saturation gas into cone bottom of saturator, and removing of spent gas from the dilated upper part of saturator. Piece of rubber is additionally made inside of cylindrical housing and cone bottom of saturator of sugar solution. The upper part of rubber is attached along the perimeter above the level of overflow box to the inner surface of cylindrical housing of saturator, and lower part – to the cone bottom above the sockets for supply of saturation gas into cone bottom in such a way that the chamber is formed between inner surfaces of cylindrical part of saturator and cone bottom and additionally rubber. A chamber from below has socket for supply of saturation gas, and from above – socket for its removing from the chamber, connected with the socket for supply of saturation gas into cone bottom of saturator. Metallic rings are located inside the chamber, fixed to the inner surface of cylindrical housing. |
