MICRO CHECK VALVE

PURPOSE: A micro check valve and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to block reverse flow of a fluid and to prevent contamination on the front side of eyes due to the inflow of the external fluid when the micro check valve is used for controlling intraocular pressure by blocking a fluid path when the fluid flows into the inside. CONSTITUTION: A micro check valve comprises an input channel(24), an output channel(22), a partition wall(26), a partition upper membrane(34), and a feed forward channel(32). A fluid flows in the input channel. The fluid flows out from the output channel. The partition wall divides a fluid channel and the output channel. The partition upper membrane is included in the upper part of the partition wall. The feed forward channel is connected to the upper part of the partition upper membrane.
