PURPOSE: A roll chock balancing apparatus is provided to prevent damage to a roll chock contraction part by absorbing the vibration of roll chocks and to implement a smooth rolling process by maintaining a constant roll gap between the roll chocks. CONSTITUTION: A roll chock balancing apparatus comprises a stand(110) and roll chock balancing unit(200). The stand comprises roll chocks(120,130) on which rolling rolls are installed. The roll chock balancing unit is installed in the stand and interlocks with the roll chocks. The roll chock balancing unit maintains a roll gap between rolling rolls by absorbing the vibration of the roll chocks. The roll chock balancing unit comprises a shock absorber(210) and a clamp bar(270).
