PURPOSE: A device for detecting a company with a doubtable accommodation bill and a method thereof are provided to strengthen credit collection and follow-up management for the company with the doubtable accommodation bill, thereby reducing a weak credit. CONSTITUTION: A first classification unit(110) extracts subjects and a corporate registration number of other party of each subject based on a bank credit account history. The first classification unit stores an extracted subject and the extracted number with a corporate registration number of a user account. A second classification unit(120) classifies a company related to an account as a company with a doubtable accommodation bill.
