FIELD: food industry.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to nonalcoholic and food-concentrates industry and may by used in the food ration of people living in environmentally unfriendly regions including Far North districts. The polycomponent concentrate contains extractive substances of fruit-and-berry raw materials, a carbohydrate-containing additive and drinking water. The extractive substances of fruit-and-berry raw materials are represented by extractive substances of fresh-frozen black-currant berries with the vegetative part of black-currant bush and dry leaves of "Valentina" breed amaranth; the carbohydrate-containing additive is represented by sugar sand or maltose syrup.EFFECT: manufactured polycomponent concentrate provides for a harmonising taste and physiological impact on the organism organs and systems; additionally the concentrate allows to activate metabolism in the organism, strengthens body defences against negative impact of the environment and expands the range of polycomponent concentrates with a preventing effect.6 ex
