PURPOSE: An effective real-time ethernet transmission scheduling method and a communication device thereof are provided to maximize the responsibility of a multi-processor system by minimizing the delay time of response or command data. CONSTITUTION: One frame section(200) includes a front system section(210), a back system section(230), and a data section(220). The front system section transmits a synchronization packet and a correction request. The back system section is arranged in one frame section. The back system section corrects an RTNet(Real-Time Network). The data section is arranged between the front system section and the back system section. The data section transmits and receives real-time data and non-real-time data.
