摘要 <p>PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing the light absorption layer of a thin film solar cell and the thin film solar cell are provided to improve crystallization by manufacturing an ink composite by using an amine-based and a thiol based solvent. CONSTITUTION: An ink composite is manufactured by mixing a solvent including amine or thiol(S200). Nanoparticles of I-III-VI2 group or I-II-IV-VI group are mixed with the ink composite(S210). An ink mixed with the nanoparticles is coated on a base(S220). A thermal process is performed on the coated ink to form a light absorption layer(S230). The thermal process is carried out under selenium or sulfur atmosphere.
