FIELD: nanotechnology.SUBSTANCE: method includes bringing one or more of the catalyst particles, carbon sources, and at least two reagents including COand HO, where the concentration of HO is from 45 to 245 parts per million, and the concentration of COis between 2000 and 6000 parts per million, in contact with each other and heating in the reactor at a temperature of 250-2500°C for catalytic decomposition of one or more carbon sources on the surface of the catalyst particles together with the reagents to obtain one or more carbon nanotubes, comprising one or more fullerenes and/or molecules on the basis of fullerenes covalently bonded to the outer surface of the carbon nanotube, and accumulation of obtained one or more carbon nanotubes functionalised by the fullerenes.EFFECT: invention provides creation of new materials, carbon nanotubes functionalised by fullerenes, which are different from the prior knowledge materials.15 cl, 4 ex, 21 dwg |
