PURPOSE: A dehumidifier for air clearing and an airflow control method thereof are provided to offer an excellent clothes dryer function by providing a high airflow and to implement an operation having reliability. CONSTITUTION: An airflow control method of a dehumidifier for air clearing comprises the following steps: an air cleaning step(S10) setting a rotating speed of a ventilation fan according to a predetermined clean mode, and filtering out a contaminant among an outside air flowed in by a rotation of the ventilation fan; a step (S20) input a dehumidification action signal operating a dehumidification part that removes a vapor included among an outside air; a dehumidifying step(S40) resetting the rotating speed of the ventilation fan according to the dehumidification action signal, and performing a dehumidification action by operating the dehumidification part; and a function clean step(S50) not performing a dehumidification action, and maintaining the rotating speed of the ventilation fan when a clean mode is a function clean mode.
