PURPOSE: Semisulcospira libertina powder containing fermented pollen powder with enhanced antioxidation activity is provided to prevent skin aging caused by reactive oxygen and to recover fatigue. CONSTITUTION: A method for preparing Semisulcospira libertina powder for a cosmetic product comprises: a step of mixing pollen, purified water, and Bacillus subtilis and culturing at 40-50 deg. C for 40-50 hours and preparing a culture(S310); a step of inoculating Lactobacillus plantarum to the culture and culturing at 30-35 deg. C for 30-40 hours(S320); and a step of mixing the culture with concentrated Semisulcospira libertina powder(S330). A method for preparing the Semisulcospira libertina powder comprises: a step of mixing Semisulcospira libertina powder with medicinal herb powder containing three or more among an antler, cnidium, Asarium sieboldii, Angelica dahurica roots, Aconitum koreanum R. Raymond, Atactylodes macrocephala Koidzum, Apricot kernel, Asparagus cochinchinensis Merr., Polygonatum odoratum var. pluriflorum, Ampelopsis radix, and dried Poria cocos Wolf.(S330); and a step of freeze-drying and pulverizing the mixture(S340).
