METHOD FOR COMBINED ENDOSCOPIC HOMEOSTASIS IN ULCERATIVE GASTRODUODENAL BLEEDING

A method for the combined endoscopic homeostasis in ulcerative gastroduodenal bleeding comprises application of hemostatic Caprofer onto the crater of the bleeding ulcer. Through fluoroplastic catheter inserted to the instrumental canal of endoscope, 4 mL of 5 % tranexamic acid is applied from four points surrounding the ulcer followed by Caprofer in a volume of 2-4 mL. The result is assessed visually by arrest of the bleeding.
