A method for predicting the risk of miscarriage in the women with increased psychoemotional load comprises the assessment of the structural alterations in uterine cervix and uterine contractions. In addition, immunological and hormonal examinations are provided for assessing the level of stress hormones, the state of the nervous system and intersystem regulation. When the alterations are evident, the risk of miscarriage in the women with increased psychoemotional load is predicted.
