PURPOSE: An advertisement method with user group evaluation and a server thereof are provided to reset a plurality of user groups through advertisement effect analysis for the plurality of user groups which is set corresponding to a predetermined reference, thereby effectively supplying a customized advertisement to a user. CONSTITUTION: An advertisement server sets a plurality of user groups corresponding to a predetermined reference(S210). The advertisement server analyzes similarity an advertisement effect among users included in the same user group and calculates advertisement effect similarity for each group(S220,S230). The advertisement server resets the plurality of user groups based on the advertisement effect similarity for each group(S240).
