FIELD: measurement equipment.SUBSTANCE: sensor comprises a deformable monolithic metal block-body with a hole, which contains electrodes for measurement of electric capacitance, installed in parallel to each other and horizontal faces of the block-body on separate insulated inserts, fixed on opposite walls of the hole in the horizontal plane of the block-body made in the form of a parallelogram with upper and lower elastic elements changing into rigid side bases, one of which is designed for fixation of the sensor, and the second one - to perceive the measured force. The movable electrode is installed so that simultaneously three coordinates of its centre are matched with coordinates of the point, in which longitudinal and transverse axes of twisting of the rigid side base designed for perception of the measured force cross.EFFECT: high accuracy of working load measurement, with different arrangement of mass on a weight-receiving platform.2 cl, 4 dwg |
