PURPOSE: A parking supporting device, a supporting method thereof, a parking assisting device of a vehicle, and an assisting method thereof are provided to induce the parking of the vehicle in a parking lot by transmitting the direction information and the map information of the parking lot. CONSTITUTION: A parking space checking unit(310) determines whether to park a vehicle in a parking space and transmits the determination result through a near field communication unit installed in a parking lot. A vehicle location determining unit(320) determines the location of the vehicle if a parking guide request signal is received from the vehicle. A parking space calculating unit(330) calculates a specific parking space from the location determined by the vehicle location determining unit.
