THIN FILM TRANSISTOR SUBSTRATE AND METHOD OF FABRICATING THE SAME

PURPOSE: A TFT(Thin Film Transistor) substrate and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to uniformly print an originating film according to a pixel electrode surface by flattening the pixel electrode surface with a photo resistance pattern. CONSTITUTION: A pixel electrode(180) is formed on an insulation film and is electrically connected to a TFT through a drain contact hole. A concave unit of the pixel electrode is formed concavely formed according to the drain contact hole. A flattening unit(180c) of the pixel electrode is formed on the insulation film corresponding to a common electrode. A flattening pattern(400) is formed on the concave unit. An upper surface of the flattening pattern and the upper surface of the flattening unit are horizontally formed.
