PURPOSE: An optical temperature sensor is provided to prevent a change in measurement accuracy as a change in the amount of lights can be detected by using a single optical detector in a simple structure. CONSTITUTION: An optical temperature sensor(100) comprises a housing unit(110), first and second input terminal optical fibers(131, 132), first and second output terminal optical fibers(141, 142), a bimetal element(120), a light source(151), a beam splitter(160), an optical detector(171), an optical switch(165), and a temperature calculation unit(180). First and second supporting units of the housing unit are protruded in comparison with a base portion, thereby being spaced from each other. The first and second input terminal optical fibers are supported by the first supporting unit to be mutually spaced, thereby emitting transmitted lights. Each one end of the first and second output terminal optical fibers is supported by the second supporting unit to face the first and second input terminal optical fibers, thereby transmitting the lights emitted by the first and second input terminal optical fibers by respectively receiving the lights. The bimetal element is installed to be movable in the housing unit between the first and second output terminal optical fibers. The beam splitter receives the lights emitted from the light source, thereby transmitting the same by branching to the first and second input terminal optical fibers.
