PURPOSE: A light emitting device is provided to improve the reflection effect of light by using metal particles which is not oxidized in room temperature. CONSTITUTION: Metal particles(150) are arranged on a substrate. A light emitting structure(130) is arranged on the substrate and the metal particles. The light emitting structure includes a first semiconductor layer and a second semiconductor layer. An active layer(134) is arranged between the first semiconductor layer and the second semiconductor layer. The metal particles form a cluster.
