PURPOSE: A back sheet for a solar cell having a positive point and a solar cell module using the same are provided to improve power generation efficiency by improving an ultraviolet shielding property. CONSTITUTION: A barrier layer consists of a multilayered polyester film or a fluorine film. Quantum dots(10) are formed by an adhesive dispersion coating.
