PURPOSE: A powder cosmetic brush is provided to control exhaust of powder in a bottle by connecting and or dislocating connection hole and an exhausthole. CONSTITUTION: A powder cosmetic brush comprises a cylindrical bottle(110), a body(120), a hair holder, filter, sleeve(150), and a cap(160). The filter filters powder passing through the exhaust hole of the body. The sleeve moves up and down along the outer circumference of the header holder. The sleeve collects hair when closing the cap. The sleeve rotates with the hair holder, to match connection hole of the hair holder and the exhaust hole of the powder exhaust hole, to exhaust powder inside the bottle. The holder rotates with the sleeve to mismatch the powder discharge hole and connection hole to control the exhaust of the powder in the bottle.
