PURPOSE: A business type message transmission system is provided to transmit a business type message with a routing method to a reception terminal which is able to access an IP(Internet Protocol) through an IP network. CONSTITUTION: A message input unit(210) receives a message requested by a transmission requester. A message transmission unit(220) transmits the message to a smart messenger installed at a message reception terminal side through an IP network. When the transmission to the smart messenger is failed or delayed, the message transmission unit transmits the message through a message service center of a mobile communication company. The message input unit transmits the message to the smart messenger installed in a reception terminal side when the user of the reception terminal agrees to receive the message.
