PURPOSE: A portable terminal including a keypad is provided to enable a user to selectively emit desired text units. CONSTITUTION: Keypad lighting(L) emits ultraviolet rays. A text unit(20) includes a fluorescent material emitting visible light in response to the ultraviolet rays. A mold unit(10) combines with the circumference of the text unit. The mold unit is composed of a material which does not respond to the ultraviolet rays. The mold unit includes the first and the second mold unit corresponding to a first and a second text unit.
