PURPOSE: An organic light emitting diode display device is provided to accurately sense a threshold voltage of a driving TFT by sensing the threshold voltage of the driving TFT for a period over 2 horizontal periods. CONSTITUTION: In a driving TFT(DT), a gate electrode is connected to a first node. A source electrode is connected to a second node. A drain electrode is connected to a third node. An organic light emitting diode includes an anode electrode connected to a third node and a cathode electrode connected to a low potential voltage source. A first TFT(T1) is turned on in response to a first scan signal of a gate low voltage of a first scan line to connect the first node to a data line. A first capacitor(C1) is connected between the first node and a fourth node. A second capacitor is connected between the fourth node and a high potential voltage source.
