PURPOSE: A unit cutter grinder of built-in slate pin upper and lower molding rolls is provided to consecutively grind a unit cutter of the upper and lower molding rolls by one grinding tool through arranging a plurality of turntables to face each other under the grinding tool. CONSTITUTION: A unit cutter grinder of built-in slate pin upper and lower molding rolls comprises a unit cutter stand(50) and a grinding tool(70). The unit cutter stand is arranged to face each other. The unit cutter stand supports unit cutters(30,130) of the upper and lower molding rolls and intermittently rotates each unit cutter. The unit cutter stand includes a turntable(54) and a holder(58). The turntable is connected to a shaft(52) rotated by the power of a driving source. The holder is covered by the unit cutter on the turntable. The grinding tool vertically and horizontally moves on the unit cutter stand. The grinding tool grinds both ends of a molding blade of the unit cutter fixed to each unit cutter stand. |
