<p>PURPOSE: A test carrier and an assembling method thereof are provided to achieve low cost. CONSTITUTION: A test carrier(10) includes a first member and a second member. The first member holds an electronic component. The second member is overlapped on the first member and covers the electronic component on the film. One of the first member and the second member has self-adhesive property, and the second member is more flexible than the first member.</p> |
