PURPOSE: A construction method of an upper structure for a four leg wind power generator is provided to minimize a dangerous operation during a construction by safely constructing the upper structure on the sea without using a crane. CONSTITUTION: A skid shoe(20) is installed at a skid rail(32) on a deck(31) of a vessel(30). A settlement unit(12a) of an upper structure(10) is mounted on the skid shoe, and a clamp fixes the upper structure. A leg pile is installed on the sea, and the upper structure is installed on the leg pile. Scaffold is inserted into the leg piles by closely locating the vessel to the scaffold in an installation step of the upper structure. A first jack and a second jack of the skid shoe descent so that legs(12b) of the upper structure are inserted into the leg piles and are welded.
