PURPOSE: An automatic nucleic acid analysis apparatus is provided to simplify a sample pretreatment process using a sample pretreatment device, and processes of amplifying and detecting nucleic acids. CONSTITUTION: An automatic nucleic acid analysis apparatus comprises a sample pretreatment device(100), and an automatic nucleic acid analysis device. The sample pretreatment device comprises a plurality of chambers containing a sample and reagents. The reagents are sequentially discharges from the chamber according to the pretreatment processes. The automatic nucleic acid analysis device is connected to the sample pretreatment device and receives the nucleic acids.
