<p>PURPOSE: A method of transfering a graphene is provided to transfer the graphene without damage by improving an adhesive force between the graphene and a substrate when transferring the graphene in the substrate. CONSTITUTION: A method of transferring a graphene includes the following steps: a first laminate laminated a catalyst metal-a graphene-a polymer transfer layer is manufactured by forming a polymer transfer layer consisting of a polymer satisfying a following equation in a graphene formed on a catalyst metal film; and a second laminate laminated a polymer transfer layer-a graphene-a substrate is manufactured by heat-treating a substrate in order to contact with a graphene and removing a catalyst metal in the laminate.
