PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of a latex resin is provide to have low zeta potential and high latex stability without influence on a particle size, toner charging, or other metrics. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of a latex resin comprises a step of mixing one or more first surfactants; a step of forming a mixture by binding one or more second surfactants and one or more latex resin-forming agent; a step of forming support latex seeds by transferring parts of the mixture; a step of selectively adding an initiator into the support latex seed. The emulsion has a zeta potential of -55 mV or less. The transit of the parts of the mixture into the mixing container increase surfactant loads without influence on the size of the latex resin.
