PURPOSE: A light emitting device is provided to reduce leakage current by forming a lattice buffer layer made of nanocrystal materials. CONSTITUTION: A lattice buffer layer(120) is arranged on a substrate(110). A buffer layer(130) is arranged on the lattice buffer layer. A light emitting device structure is arranged on the buffer layer. The lattice buffer layer includes nanocrystal materials. The substrate is a sapphire substrate.
