PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of a toner is provided to obtain toner with excellent durability by having moderate fractional force and flexibility having high adhesive strength of outer additive. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of a toner comprises a step of manufacturing a shelled toner by attaching on outer additive to a toner base particle at 35-55°C; a step of cooling the shelled toner to 10-30 °C by a cooling rate of 1-10 °C/sec. The content of the outer additive is 2-7 parts by weight, based on 100 parts by weight of the toner base particle. The cooling step is conducted right rafter the step of manufacturing the shelled toner. The cooling step is conducted along with mixing the shelled toner. The step of cooling is processed for 0.5-10 seconds.
