PURPOSE: A reliability level calculation method of an EC(Electronic Commerce) site is provided to calculate a reliability level of the EC site by reflecting reputation levels of surrounding users and a closeness level of a user for the EC site, thereby accurately calculating the reliability level of a customized EC site. CONSTITUTION: Reputation levels of surrounding users for an EC site are extracted from a database, and an average reputation level is calculated from an average of the reputation levels(S100). A closeness level attribute of a user for the EC site is calculated, and a closeness level of the user for the EC site is calculated from the closeness level attribute(S110). A reliability level of the user for the EC site is calculated from a closeness coefficient(S130).
