PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing a unit for accommodating a dissimilar material is provided to improve stability and barrier efficiency by double injection molding a hinged unit in a dome shape with a soft material such as silicone. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing a unit for accommodating a dissimilar material comprises: a step of accommodating the dissimilar material combining in a container with contents in an accommodating unit(1); a step of forming a hinged unit(F) hinged on the upper part of a main body; a step of suppressing the hinged unit with the dissimilar material inside a storage space(102) located in the inner part of the hinged unit when suppressing the hinged unit; a step of mixing the dissimilar material by opening a storage space sealing unit of an accommodating chamber(101); a step of injection-molding the hinged unit with a material which is different from the main body; and a step of injection-molding the hinged unit by a multi-color injection machine.
