PURPOSE: A heater module for a warming device and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to transfer a capacitance generated in the heater module for a warming device to the ground through a conductive layer, thereby preventing the capacitance from being transferred to a patient through sap or blood and not affecting a bioelectrical signal measurement device. CONSTITUTION: A heater module for a warming device comprises an insulating substrate(101), a resistor pattern(103), an insulating layer(105), a conductive layer(107), and a thin film coating layer(109). The resistor pattern is laminated with a pure metal or an alloy of two metals or more mixed in a determined ratio on one surface of the insulating substrate and has a resistance value which is set in a length pattern and a cross-sectional area. The insulating layer is applied to the top surface of the resistor pattern, thereby protecting and insulating the resistor pattern. The conductive layer is deposited with a metal material on the top surface of the insulating layer. The thin film coating layer is deposited on the top surface of the conductive layer, thereby providing insulation, waterproofing, corrosion resistance, and chemical resistance.
