PURPOSE: A test carrier is provided to assure position accuracy of a terminal as suppressing the generation of contact failure. CONSTITUTION: A test carrier(10) comprises a first member, a second member and a spacer(45). The first member on a film has a terminal contacting to an electrode of an electronic component. The second member is overlapped with the first member, and covers the electronic component. The spacer is installed between the first member and the second member, and is arranged around the electronic component.
