PURPOSE: A test carrier is provided to assure position accuracy of a terminal, as suppressing generation of contact failure. CONSTITUTION: A test carrier comprises a first member on a film and a second member. The first member has a plurality of terminals contacting an electrode of an electronic component respectively. The second cover is overlapped with the first member to cover the electronic component. The plurality of terminals includes a first terminal and a second terminal. The second terminal has relatively higher than the first terminal.
