PURPOSE: A method for dissolving thermoelectric materials is provided to reduce the generation of noxious wastes and to secure an environment-friendly method. CONSTITUTION: A thermoelectric material includes Bi2Te3. A thermoelectric material solution is manufactured by mixing materials. The materials include the thermoelectric material, caustic soda, and electrolysis. The thermoelectric material solution is electrolyzed to manufacture a returnable solution including Bi precipitate.
