PURPOSE: A shear deformation device with a torsion die is provided to control shear deformation rate by controlling the angle of an outlet rotated against an inlet. CONSTITUTION: A torsion die comprises a die body(111) having a passage through which materials pass. The passage has a torsion structure part(114) to make the shear deformation of the passing materials. The cross section of an outlet(116) of the passage is rotated against the cross section of an inlet(112) thereof at a predetermined angle. The cross section of the passage is same as the inlet. The passage comprises a lead-in part(113) and a lead-out part(115). The lead-in part is arranged between the inlet and the torsion structure part. The lead-out part is arranged between the outlet and the torsion structure part.
