The device has a plate (1) receiving tobacco and mounted on hinges (2) fixed on top and front of the box, where the plate is provided with a sheet support (3). The plate swings toward front by simple movement of user's hand to allow the tobacco to slide directly on a sheet positioned on the support. The sheet support is fixed at top and in front of the box and under the plate. A drawer includes storage compartments for accommodating a package of sheet, tobacco and filter.
